Dear Mr Lizarazo


I am writing this letter in order to tell you know about a problem I have, I want to discuss who have committed a big mistake with me, and for this reason I lost an important job offer.

Last week I made a reservation for travel to Cancun yesterday at 8 o’clock in the evening, I arrived at airport two hours before, however I couldn’t travel because the lady that I made the reservation committed a mistake in the time of flight, for this reason I miss a plane.

All the time I have been one of the best clients Avianca, in fact I travel every week for your airline and I am amazed by this mishap. I think that was a wrong act by the company and I am really offended.


I would say that my behavior is quite excellent as a costumer and had never had any complaint from the company, for this reason I hope that take into account this misunderstood for a next occasion. I deem is necessary to speak to miss.
