SECOND LETTER

Mmm, your case is very famous, because the common food is very dangerous for your health. For example, the hamburger, the hot dogs and the pizza, have all the calories that you don´t imaging.
Because of that, in my opinion, you take some classes to exercise (basketball, aerobics, football, etc) for recuperate your weight.
More over, you should many vegetables, for example spinach, carrots, tomato and other vegetables.
If you want to be a model, you have very discipline all the days!!!
Remember, exercise, some water and much organized.

its very important to me the advice who laura camacho this giving to the young lady fernandes him, because him this suggesting the foods that to eat if really it wants to get to be model, because is a key aspect to manage to lower of weight is to make exercise as it says laura in the letter.
