I think that you should do exercise, because this is very important for the healthy, and if you want to be a model, you need to get lower weight, and obviously is really important that you take a balance food. Besides if is necessary you could take vitamins or do treatments that help you in your process of get lower weight. But the most important thing is that you would be concient that the healthy is very important in your life.
